Catacomb artwork, Alexandria, Egypt. This artwork is located in the Kom el-Chougafa catacombs, discovered in 1901 by Guiseppe Botti. Ultraviolet light has revealed the details, which include the deceased (lying down) flanked by the goddesses Isis and Nephthys. This artwork dates from the Hellenistic (Ptolemaic) period, which ranged from 305-30 BC.
