Priscacara fossil fish. This specimen of an extinct genus of perch has been fossilized in a slab of Eocene limestone, together with a stalk of a palm plant or tree. This sample of fossil-bearing rock, from the Green River formation in Wyoming, USA, measures 45 by 65 centimetres.
