This artwork is from Libellus de Stellis (1587) by the German astronomer and theologian Heinrich Decimator (c.1544-1615). This book was published in Magdeberg, and was both a literary and astronomical work, containing artworks of constellations interspersed with poetry. The title translates as 'Book of Stars'.
