Giant frogfish (Antennarius commersonii) on a large sponge. Frogfish are ambush predators that rely on camouflage to remain undetected by their prey. They hide motionless, using prehensile fins resembling limbs to remain still, and a lure above their head to attract small fish. They often associate with sponges and are capable of changing the colour of their skin to match that of the sponge. Photographed in the waters of the Komodo National Park, Komodo, Indonesia.
