SOPHROLOGY,Model. Sophrology is a technique of relaxation based notably on breathing. The practictioner proposes different exercises to relax. Here the exercice consists in being sitted (the back straight) with the two hands placed one on the other (the thumbs touch each other). The person then concentrates on her breathing.
