Long-spine porcupinefish (Diodon holocanthus) resting on a sponge. This fish is also known as the fine-spotted porcupinefish. It can reach up to 50 centimetres in length and is widespread throughout the Western Atlantic, Eastern Atlantic, Western Indian Ocean and the Pacific Ocean. It is a nocturnal feeder and feeds on molluscs, sea urchins, and crabs. Photographed in Lembeh Strait, North Sulawesi, Indonesia.
