Broadclub cuttlefish reproduction (Sepia latimanus). Male cuttlefish (centre) protecting a female (bottom) against an intruding male (top) while she lays her eggs. This cuttlefish feeds on crustaceans. It changes its colour according to its surroundings by dilating or contracting pigment cells called chromatophores. It can grow to a length of 45 centimetres.
