At upper left (yellow) are particles of household dust. Every house contains millions of such dust mites, living in the carpets and furniture, and crevices containing dust. They feed on the flakes of skin shed by their human landlords, on wallpaper paste and furniture stuffing. Magnification: x32 at 6x6cm size.
