The fallopian tube is part of a female's reproductive organs, it carries the egg from the ovary to the uterus (womb). Blood in the fallopian tube can be the result of an ectopic pregnancy, where the embryo implants in a fallopian tube instead of the uterus, or due to torsion of the tube. An ectopic pregnancy is life-threatening, and requires the immediate surgical removal of the foetus.
