Trace fossils in sandstone. These fossils, known as Cruziana, are the fossilised remains of excavation marks left by Trilobite organisms. These indicate that the sandstone dates from the Palaeozoic era. The Global Positioning System receiver is placed on the fossil to indicate scale.
