Midnight sanpper (Macolor macularis) swimming amongst bigeye trevally (Carnax sexfasciatus) and surgeonfish (Paracanthurus heatus) at the entrance to Mapia Atoll's single channel in West Papua, Indonesia. Huge volumes of sea water pass through this channel every day with the tide and so the marine life in the area is prolific.
