Western clown anemonefish (Amphiprion ocellaris) hiding amongst the tentacles of its host sea anemone. This fish has a symbiotic relationship with the anemone. It is immune to the poisonous stings of the anemone's tentacles as it has a layer of protective mucus on its skin. When threatened by predators it dashes back into the anemone's tentacles. The anemone does not appear to derive any benefit from the fish's presence, but it is not harmed either. This type of relationship is called commensalism. Photographed off Sipadan, Malaysia.
